Thank you for choosing Tumblin' Treasure Trove! Please review our shipping terms below. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms regarding the transit and delivery of your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your "treasures" have been scooped and dispatched.
2. Third-Party Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), Tumblin Treasure Trove is no longer responsible for the package.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Damaged in Transit: While we take great care in packing your items securely, we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier’s handling during transit.
3. Shipping Protection (Optional but Recommended)
For added peace of mind, we recommend that customers utilize shipping insurance (such as Route or carrier-provided insurance) at checkout. This is the only way to ensure a full refund or replacement in the event of carrier error or theft.
4. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address or for packages delivered to unsecure locations. No refunds will be issued for "return to sender" packages due to address errors; however, we can reship the item at the customer’s expense.
