All Sales Final & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Tumblin Treasure Trove! To ensure we can continue offering a curated selection of unique lifestyle gear and exciting mystery bundles, we operate under an All Sales Final policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases made through our store—including but not limited to cheerleading apparel, accessories, and "Tumblin' Treasure Trove" Mystery Scoops—are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for: 
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size charts before ordering).
  • Dissatisfaction with the contents of a Mystery Scoop (the surprise is part of the fun!). 
2. Mystery Scoop Disclaimer
Our Mystery Scoops are curated surprises. While we guarantee the high quality of all included items (such as stationery, beauty products, and lifestyle accessories), we cannot guarantee specific colors, styles, or individual product requests within the "scoop" format. 
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item arrives damaged or is technically defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Proof of Damage: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email to TumblinTreasureTrove@gmail.com.
  • Resolution: At our discretion, we will offer a replacement of the same item (if available) or a store credit for the value of the damaged good.
